Bad service

I am very disappointed with the service I got at Also recently. I bought a knee high boot at Access Park worth R1600 and wore the shoe once at a mall, I then noticed on my right leg it's loose I then had to buy a leg warmer as i was still at the mall. I called the store regarding exchanging for another pair and was told I'm able to do that. I went to the store to exchange the shoe and was told they won't be able to exchange the shoe. Asked them what am I suppose to do with a shoe that I only wore once, was given an email where I had to email proof of payment and send it as a complaint and they will attend to my query when the big boss will be making his usual rounds at the store. I haven't received any feedback till today. I am very unhappy with the treatment I got
