Bad quality

I bought an Aldo sling bag from the Mall of the South in November/December 2024, around Feb/ March 2025 the bag started peeling off. I took the bag back to the store, and the lady named Nella helped me out. Since I still wanted a sling bag instead of a refund, she ordered a different one, which I got on the 5th of April this year.

The bag is tiny so you can't really put anything heavy, so basically you phone, cards, and gloss you can't even add hand lotion, I was happy with the bag but to my surprise on the 25th of October the strap snapped (stitches we becoming undone)which was an inconvenience, also you can't really put heavy things so it made no sense.

Today 17th November I went yo the store and I was told that they can't help since it's been more than 6 months, my argument is that clearly the bags are not of the best quality and to be honest it's sad to thing I have shoes and another bag I've bought over a year from Aldo which I only used once, what are the chances of those items having factory fault?

This also indicates how inferior their stuff is then the price should honestly match the quality, very disappointing to be honest.
