Bad customer service

I bought a bag on 9thof November at Aldo Mall of Africa which I was that side that time. Bag was on sale. Bag is tearing by handles. I went to Aldo Eastgate which is one closer to me. I showed them the bag n the pic of date inside shop for them to trace since I lost receipt. They claiming they can't pick it up on their system I must go to mall of Africa. Am asking if I bought this bag in Durban so ul tell me to go back there? Since they were about to close was told theyll call me n they took my details. Was never called until I called them, they refused to assist me n I asked them so must I drive to Durban to exchange bag from same shop? I insisted to come to the shop today over the phone. Am from there now n am refunded n told to never buy there again. WE MUST BUY N STAY WITH DAMAGED GOODS FROM ALDO EASTGATE MALL🚮🚮🚮
