Bad customer service

I am a big fan of Aldo shoes in fact that's about 90%of my shoes especially work shoes.And I have been a happy client since. I'm so shocked to receive such a bad attitude from Bongani he says he is the store manager at wood meat retail park. I bought the shoes from Sk on on the 21st of Decmber 2017. And by the time I got home I realize the other shoe was too tight it was uncomfortable. Returned it on the 22nd just before I go on holidays but unfortunately I got to the store few minutes after they closed. This morning the 28th I drive back to woodmead as their first customer for the day; I was just too shocked to receive such behaviour especially from the store manager. Firstly he claims that the shoe looks like I've wore it yet it was in my boot the whole time and told me it will take 21 days to reverse the transaction; I asked if i can check the date on his calendar he said i must use my phone he doesn't have. So this store has not been using a calendar the whole year that is surprising. All in all he is just so rude especially as a store manager. It's disappointing.
