Bad Attitude.

<div>I would like to bring to light the most appalling service I have ever received from a lady called *** from the Aldo Shoes in East gate mall. The lady failed to assist me by answering simple questions I had regarding my shoe that was booked in for repairs due to a manufacturing malfunction. When I tried to understand the process of the return,the lady chose to hang up on me,when I called back she was rude telling me she'll take me to the factory as to ask them my questions personally because she doesn't know. Then later told me she hung up because I'm a bully for asking all those questions. To top it off when I requested to speak to the store manager she then went to lie and say she's the manager only to get confirmation from the Bedford branch that she's in fact just an assistant manager. I've never been belittled to the level that this lady took me to and I would appreciate if she got reprimanded severely as no company deserves such rude staff members especially when dealing with clients on a regular basis because this couldn't have been her first verbal altercation with a customer. I would like a formal response via email.&nbsp;</div>
