Non delivery of shoes order

Online shoes order made on aldo.shoesza.shop website on the 27th of June 2023. Awaiting for order to be delivered over a month later. On the 31st of July 2023 a small +- 200g package marked ornament was delivered at the South African Postal Services. The retailer proposes that I sell the ornament and they will provide a 10% refund. I cannot afford to send the package back and add on to my +R2000k loss. I cannot accept a 10% refund and non delivery of my goods. Courier services Customer service support <***>
