ALDO Very bad and unprofessional service

I bought a Shoe and a bag for my sister from this store. When I got home it wasn't a good fit for her feet and she didn't like the bag. I then decided to return the items to their store. I got to the store and asked to return the items, The guy told me they don't have enough cash and therefor I have to to another store which is like 6 KM away from where I was. I then drove to this store and when I got there they told me they don't do returns. They then called the store that sent me there and started arguing to each other while i'm there. I'm still sitting with these shoes because I couldn't return them. This is really pathetic and so unprofessional
