Aldo Shoes SA - terrible service

I purchased a pair of boots on the 24 April and was told on the 14 May, that I would receive my order by the 21st May due to their backlog of orders. It is now the 29th May and i cannot get through to the call centre, I sent 2 emails requesting an update on my order and still nothing. Your service is pathetic Aldo!
