Aldo Shoes SA customer care is terrible

I bought shoes online on aldosa. The shoes arrived about a week later and I realised the size was big, I ordered size 4, but it was big, requested a return. I was shocked first of all realising that I had to pay for return. I did. I ordered shoes online the 9th of April. The shoes were Collected on the on the 19 of April there was still a back and forth on collection, shoes were still not collected. Shoes were collected the week of the 21st of April 2025. There has been no communication from Aldo about my shoes since they were collected.
