Aldo Shoes - online order not delivered

I want to express my frustration and concern regarding my recent online order. Unfortunately, my entire order was not delivered, and it was only after I followed up that I received a response indicating that the items had been missed and would be re-delivered. However, upon tracking the delivery, I discovered that the package had not even been handed over to the courier company.

I have attempted to contact your help desk via email and phone, but I have not received any response to my email, and the telephone numbers provided are not working. It is extremely disappointing that my money has been taken without the fulfillment of my order, and now I am receiving no communication from your end. This situation feels *****ulent, and I need either my complete order or a full refund immediately.
