Aldo shoes mall of africa

Myself and three other ladies bought shoes from Aldo for a wedding I specifically bought mine on Thursday but before that I went to Aldo Eastgate to fit the shoes first,I found the shoes chipped Infront the shoe is on display,I then asked my sister to buy me a pair at mall of africa as I didn't have a size at Eastgate..one of the ladies mentioned that before paying for her pair at Aldo Sandton they had to change the pair as it was already damaged in store ..we wore the shoes on Saturday for a wedding now all our shoes are chipped in front so I went to the store with the shoes and I'm told it's my fault I probably kicked things and I already wore the shoes so since I was told to leave the shoes there for a decision to be made I'm not fetching them they can keep them it's fine if that's how they treat their customers with something they know very well is bad quality...
