Aldo Shoes

Super disappointed in Aldo shoes - bought a pair of sandals on the sale, and when i got them home, was not happy with the fit. When i went back to the shop, unfortunately i could not find the slip. They were still in the original wrapping and the original box, and i told the sales person that i didnt want money back, just a voucher to be able to buy something else and still spend my money in their shop. He couldnt find the item on his records, so phoned the Regional Manager who said i could exchange the sandals and needed the slip. Then i went to Woolworths at Eastgate to exchange items given to me as Xmas presents - no problem at all - also at Pick n Pay Clothing, exchanged a gift which was the incorrect size with no problem.

I now see why Aldo shops are always empty of customers as their customer service is very poor.
