Aldo online poor service

I ordered my shoes month end of June and 5 weeks later I still have not received them. I was made aware (only after paying) that due to the warehouse moving the shoes would take longer and that I should anticipate it taking 3 weeks. Now its two extra weeks later and I still dont have my shoes.

If they had put this up on the website then i wouldn't have bothered ordering online but I only go the message once I had paid for the order. Furthermore, when you call their customer service the call ends on multiple occasions. How are we supposed to raise our concerns as customers?
