ALDO ONLINE IS THE WORST

I ordered a bag online in June 2020 till to date which is November 2020, I'm still awaiting for the so called delivery. Their online service is POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL. They do not take customers seriously. I asked to be refunded and I received an email saying that the parcel is with the courier guys.....!!!!
