Aldo Online: 6 months of waiting for Order

I’m appalled by the level of unprofessionalism I received from Aldo Online.

At this point, I just want my refund for the boots I bought that were never delivered. Aldo online is incapable of providing thorough updates to consumers and their customer service is borderline non-existent. At this point, I am just waiting to see if they will eventually refund my R479. It’s been 6 months of nagging and I’m so over Aldo online. I just want my money back.
