Aldo left a bad taste in my mouth.!

Still haven’t received my order from 04-07-2020. Can’t phone as they are moving their warehouse. Follow up on e-mail and they just delay shipment with new excuses every time. For the ‘name’ and mostly the ‘price’ a person pays this is the worst online experience I’ve ever had, and 90% of my shopping is done online. Looks like so manny other people has also paid but not received their order. I will definitely consider legal action as Aldo leaves no other alternative.
