Aldo handbag hardware way below par!! Never Again!

I bought an Aldo bag on Superbalist in November. One of the handles has since fallen off. HOW for such a high priced item. Only to here from my sister that she experienced the same with a handbag she received as a gift less than a year ago! ******* ******* finishes!! I will never buy a handbag there again
