ALDO CLAREMONT(PATHETIC SERVICE)

Totally dissatisfied with service that I received from Aldo In Claremont. Im finding myself in a situation where I would want to cancel all ties with the store and close account. I got to the store on Saturday evening, A lady by the name of LeeAnn who is clearly unable to manage a store or to make reason judgment on a return policy.Had to contact her area manager who never knew himself on what to decide. Gareth Roe I who I would have expect to have better judgment informed Leeann to make the exchange( obviously inexperienced and wanting to exercise power decided to go against this as my partner mention she wore shoe.
