"Aldo, a real disappointment!"

My wife purchased a set of shoes from Aldo in Mall of Africa in October 2020 and gave it to me as a gift for Christmas. It has been roughly a month and a half and I've worn these shoes maybe 4-5 times and now the shoes are coming apart from the soles. I have purchased shoes from Pic 'n Pay that lasted longer than these! I was told the Aldo has some of the finest quality in shoes, but now I'm utterly disappointed. I went to the store in Mall of Africa to see if they will exchange or give me instore credit at least, upon which the store clerk rep**** and said that they only have a 30 day exchange policy and will not be able to exchange.
