2nd class service

I bought a rosegold watch at Aldo in Canal Walk. The colour came out, its now greyish... i took it to Aldo in Waterfront and the manager saw the problem too but said I need to have a slip, mind you I thres it away coz I was happy with the watch.

Now last week while I was in a meeting, watch fell off my wrist, glass on the floor, watch on the floor!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. What must i do?? I do not want money back or gift card. I WANT THE SAME WATCH!!!!
