ALDO PANELBEATERS // ALDO CARBONI // APEX ASSESSING

Client has a vehicle accident in 2017 and this was the panel beater who originally repaired her vehicle. Repairer was paid out for this claim and excess was R 3200.00

Client took her vehicle in December last year to a reputable repair centre as her bumpers where peeling, so she wanted them resprayed for an amount of R 6000.00 as this was to have the repair , paint and polish to the bumper again, it was then she was told that when the vehicle was stripped that there was actually no work done on her vehicle previously by Aldo, but just a patch up and go solution to make the vehicle look like it actually had been repaired. The paint was peeling so badly that even when the car got washed this was visible.

Client then tried to get hold of Aldo and he confirmed that he will call her and collect the vehicle and repair and re-imburse her. He later confirmed that the invoice be sent through so he would just pay her as the job was going to be done.

To date nothing has been done, he is avoiding all sorts of contact with client and broker and is been very dishonest in the way in which he is handling this. I am in possession of all proof of messages, photos and calls and Aldo is still refusing to pay.

Who practises ********* business skills like this if you have been in this industry for so long.
