ALDES needs to handle clients more professionally

I am not impressed with the service of ALDES. Chris does not listen to what I am saying. He repeats over and over again what I already heard.

The more annoyed I get he has no filter to relax himself and just listen to the client. This is such an unprofessional experience, and I really regret reaching out to him.

If I explain something he takes it out of context, starts knocking down what I am communicating and then repeats things he already told me that I told him I already understand.

Let your clients talk - if you listen, you might just learn something.

Also, when he can't get the job done he will just tell you to shut down and close the doors as an alternative.

- I am adding this as an additional piece on this point. This is very unprofessional. He says it is about his personality. So that means he naturally cuts people off in conversation as part of his personality. That is not something that is suitable to where he is working since he needs to talk to people so that tells me a lot.
