Alcus: Worst Estate Agent

<p>No excuses for such unprofessional behaviour. She has got quite a nerve a nerve to say it wasn't unprofessional.But I am not surprised you were treated that way. I dealt with Alcus for 3 years till I ditched them. And I must say I hope you didn't get chance to view the property and then sign a lease. Up to now thy are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. If you didn't sign, thank your GOD that you dodged a bullet. They don't respect tenants or prospective tenants (in your case).I had to involve the housing tribunal in my case.And I will give anyone the advice I got from the lady at the housing tribunal- "Their properties are old.When you move in they make promises of fixing things that are damaged.Make sure you sign a contract that binds them to fix those things". Because once you move in they won't fix and they treat you like trash.</p>
