Alcus not refunding rental deposit on time according to contract.

Alcus did an exit inspection on 26 October 2018 for the property I was renting via them. According to the contract, my deposit was to refunded within 21 days - hence the payment should have been made to me on 16 November 2018.

Alcus states that this is "business days", and payment is only due on 26 November 2018. Yet, this is not mentioned in any of the documentation sent to me. Therefore, the correct interpretation is 21 days in the calendar sense of the word and therefore payment was due on 16 November 2018.

Alcus is in breach of contract by not refunding my deposit on the correct date.
