Be careful of Alcon !

Hydraglyde solution from Alcon burned and sting my eyes! For 2 days my eyes burned and 7 days it was itchy . I did report to Alcon. But they refuse to refund me. Ive send images with batch nr's , photos . One of the bottles is still sealed. Ive bought a pack of 2 The product is almost like a peroxide and after 6hrs it becomes a solution. For me its like the peroxide does not convert into solution. Im shocked that they not even want to try to test the product and refuse to refund me. Expire date is only 2028. I'm not happy at all how they treated this situation.
