Bad gesture

I reached out to the company because i tried there spray on glue with 2 cans and my roof lining didn't stick at all. I was told its the wrong glue but when i read it didnt stipulate cannot stick foam. it cost me around R289 each. they then rep**** and said they will send me the contact glue so i can complete my job. i received there parcel after 5 days with the smallest tin of contact glue they could send. i mean what should i do with that. to top it off the tin opened and all the glue ran out. When i mailed them all they said was the courier messed up and left it at that. was it so hard to give me a voucher for a replacement contact glue. wont buy there product again.
