Alchimia cannabis seed bank ignorance

I have ordered cannabis seeds from this company on the 28th of November 2018. According to the shipping number the package have not even left Spain. All our requests regarding the delay id answered that the matter is being investigated and response from the postoffice have been requested. It is now 60 days later and way past the seedling season in the southern hemisphere. I requested a new batch or a refund but zero response! This is not what I expect from an international company and would certainly not recommend dealings with them if this is the way they handle their customers!
