Bad customer service

Made the booking one of the adverti*****t said they have a back up generator booked from the 29 March till 7 April. First day there was no electricity they said they provide halal breakfast never seen it. I had to shower with cold water. The receptionist they don't take their customers seriously. When we asked for a refund so that we can look for a better accommodation they were rude. Parking is a mess the area is dirty I wonder how are they having 4 stars
