Altrack's Poor Service

We have been altrack's client for almost a year now and our major problem with them is communication.

Based on our first interraction, Altrack reperesentative advised that the contract would be based on month to month.

We have requested from cartrack to de-install devices from a number of rental vehicles whose rental periods has lapsed. We have sent an e-mail to our altrack representative on the 10th of December and have not recieved any feedback then.

We have tried to telephonically reach altrack reperesentative with no luck even though still debits monthly subscribtion from our account.
