Vodacom Alcatel Tablet at Ackermans SUCKS!!!

I bought an Alcatel tablet on the 16/12/2024 at Ackermans Birch Acres Mall. The tablet did not have network and froze. took it back to store on the 2nd day, cashier thought its simcard which she ricared. Still didn't work: couldn't make calls, no sms no whatsapp. Took it back again after tablet keeps freezing.

Now the store returned it to Vodacom Fourways for fault. Vodacom called said they dont repair Alcatel tablets no more i must pay R1000 so they replace with new one. I bought tablet for R800 for 8yr old daughter for school purposes.

Now im stuck with tablet which never worked and still cant return only to be told to pay more for replacing faults that had nothing to do with me but manufacturer. Alcatel Tablet SUCKS
