Alcatel tablet.. Angry mother

On the 4th of July I bought a touch screen tablet. I loaded 1 app on it for my toddler & the system ui keeps popping up. I took it back to the vodacom shop I bought it from in southgate mall. The technician told me that there is always issues with it. I need to buy a better make. I paid R1000 I want the money back or sorted. I will not leave this alone & I want management to call me.
