Alcatel 1T 7 Tablet

I bought an Alcatel 1T 7 tablet in August 2020 and a month later it already had problems and i had to send it back to Makro where i purchased it. Another month or so later i have a new problem with the charging slot, it has a burn mark (which i suspect is from the overheating of the tablet while charging) and now it's not charging at all. I have had this for nearly 4 months yet it is already off and can't be used, it's a very bad product and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone, i have already contacted Alcatel and provided my contact details but up to this day i have not heard from them.
