Incomplete work and bad customer service

DO NOT USE!<br> <br> Bad customer service<br> - Lack of supervision / direction by Dom on the job and staff are ***********, make bad decisions which results in redo of work<br> - Dom does not return phone calls nor honors his commitments that he stated he would do, something as simple as calling me to arrange a time to come in<br> <br> Incomplete work <br> The is what is still pending on the kitchen:<br> 1. Display cabinet needs glass shelves put in - normal shelves were incorrectly installed<br> 2. Need to refit correct size side panel and back panel of stove island - incorrect one was installed<br> 3. Pantry is not closing properly, hinges are bent and creaking. Pantry shelves are incomplete with no fronts or chipboard cover. <br> 4. Broom closet, microwave cupboard and fridge spacer covers have bubbling from poor gluing. <br> 5. Aluminum kick plates not installed<br> 6. Splashbacks not installed. <br> 7. Panel beneath oven has peeled under heat and currently it's not even attached.<br> 8. Sink carcass finger cover not large enough, and carcass not aligned with floor/wall.<br> 9. There are hand marks and glue on cupboards and ceiling<br> 10. parquet/tile edging (*) has not been installled<br> 11. Need static shelves in pantry and in broom closet
