ALBETECH CC BAD

I have handed in a gate motor controller over a monthe ago for a programmed chip replacement. Today I went to collect the board with some parts missing and also other components falling from the board. For them to be a manufacturer and still advertising on their website one would really expect helpfull service. Only once did the staff return a call to advice me on parts needed, which I then delivered to them only to find out that they have requested the wrong parts. I have not been given back the parts yet.Nevermind not being assisted with their product I can also say that the service was awfull. Not to mention the state of the equipment received back from them.
