horrible service from one waiter

We went to albertos to have supper. No booking is allowed outside so we waited for a table. A table went open and we went to sit down. Then carmen came and chased us off the table as it has already been booked. and then to fins out it was for her friends that arrived after us. Spoke tp the manager that had nothing to say and the owner as well.Had great food but due to one waiter i will think twice before going again.
