Bad service

My car was taken to VW Alberton this morning, they called and said they will fix it tomorrow, I ask them what to do tonight since am working night shift they said they don't have car available for me and they will tell manager to call me is been hours now still waiting , and the service lady was also rude on the phone. am not happy with this since I need a car to work for my safety, reason I bought a car in the first place is because of night shift
