Pathetic Service and Workmanship

Beyond disappointed with this company, they are non-responsive and have poor workmanship. Reached out for a fridge that required re-gassing and the person that attended to the call punctured a hole in the compressor and the gas leaked. A month later after weeks and weeks of reporting the leakage another person came through but did not fix the leak. It has been 4 months of unreturned calls and empty promises.

Every time I call the person on the other end say they will come through but they never pitch. Calls and text messages go unanswered, and they have now resorted to not picking up y calls at all unless I call with a number they do not recognize. The behaviour is pathetic to say the least, unfulfilled appointments week after week. I spend my days at home waiting for someone as promised via the calls and no one shows up.

The services offered were said to have a 6 months' guarantee. This is NOT how you run a business,it is so unprofessional.
