alberton record news paper

It seems like the alberton record only takes interest in articles they are payed to place. I phoned them last week regarding my puppy that was traumatised at the spca in alberton. A gentleman at this newspaper gave me a number to whatsapp the photo of the cut the spca left open WITHOUT stitches and then just live put 4 staples in the wound. BUT the alberton record does nothing further. IS THAT CAUSE I AM ASKING THEM TO TELL THE TRUTH OR IS IT CAUSE I CAN NOT PAY FOR THEM TO PUBLISH THE TRUTH. I can send screen shots of the whatsapp chat to anyone who has the guts to do anything regarding the abuse of animals at the spca in alberton.
