Stalemate w.r.t Faulty Vehicle After Repair

Alberton Panelbeaters accepted my vehicle, booked it in and fixed it, with no electronic component failures. On collecting my Vehicle I had a critical error on my ECU with a number of electronic components (light switch, indicators, brake lights, cabin lights, window controls, etc) not working. I was told this happens sometimes, as Management cannot always ensure proper control. I was told this happens to 1 in 20 repairs that things goes wrong. I was told Alberton Panelbeaters will get BMW to look at my car the following day. I told Alberton Panelbeaters not to drive my car. <br> <br> I was ignored, my car was apparently driven to somebody other than BMW, and subsequently delivered to my house still faulty. I took the car to BMW the next day, where a faulty electronic component is diagnosed. A R9K repair, which Alberton Panelbeaters does not want to auth, as BMW cannot definitively state why the component failed. <br> <br> BMW Error reports - that the error was first logged 14KM before BMW diagnosed. I believe proper procedure for reconnecting a battery was not followed, and the component blown in Alberton Panelbeaters care. <br> <br> Carlos confirmed he will submit a claim for repair, I am still waiting
