Bad Service

My Wife was in a motor car accident. <br> We are insured with Outsurance and they allocated the repair work to Alberton Panel Beaters.<br> The car has now been there since early January 2016.<br> They do not give you updates, you always have to run after them.<br> They seldom pick up their phone to answer. Have to call many times before they answer.<br> They always have excuses why the repairs is not finished. First it was Water Tank now it is a Bracket. <br> Work just does not get done... :-(
