Please do not Purchase any vehicles from Alberton North Motors. They **** people into believing they are purchasing a good second hand vehicles.

My husband purchased his first very own second hand vehicle from a dealership in Alberton Johannesburg called Alberton North Motors and we received the vehicle on 15/11/2019 approximately 2 weeks later due to waiting on a Dekra road worthy certificate as the vehicle kept failing .However, 2 days after purchasing the vehicle we were informed by 2 different mechanics that the shocks, brake pads, battery and turbo all needed replacing. My husband then return to the dealership to confront them and they refused to take the car back or even attempt to repair all that was supposed to be repaired when we purchased the vehicle, they blamed my husband and accused him of damaging the car with his driving s****s. My husband also simply asked how the car passed road worthy at Dekra and dealership refused to answer him. we were not made aware of any of these problems, we were told the car was in 100% working order. There were parts in the engine that was put together and closed off using insulation tape. The car broke down in January 2020 and has been with the mechanics since then, The quote to repair this car is around R130000.00 which is double the amount we paid for the vehicle. The dealership is refusing to take any responsibility.as a result of this, we have had to hire a car at R2500 per week + Petrol in order to get us to work and my 3 year old son to creche everyday. we have used all we had in our savings and now my husband stands to loose his job because he cannot get to work and back. My family have suffered a great deal as a result of this dealership. All we want is to be heard and for the dealership to take responsibility for what they have done.
