Dishonerable!

<p>On Thursday May 4th I enquired about using the services for Alberton ****s. The call was answered by a very friendly Sipho who sounded so helpful. After booking the cleaning lady for the month to come 1 day a week, Sipho asked that in order to qualify for the discount as regular user, I had to pay the month in advance. I paid R1000 on 04/05/2017. The first booking was for the next day Friday 05/05/17. As per their agreement, the people are personally dropped off between 7am and 9am. by 9:15 there was still no sight of them. when I phoned Sipho he apologised but ensured they are on their way. The lady arrived at 9:30am. She was slow and did not do a decent job. after communicating this with Sipho the next day, I was promised that another person will be sent the next week. the next week the paid services was supposed to arrive on Tuesday 09/05/17. Again by 9:30am I had to phone Sipho to ask where the lady was to which he rep**** that she had to take a child to the clinic. this I understood and re-arranged for the next day. Wednesday came and gone and no-one arrived. I have sent many emails and spoken to Sipho and asked for my money back as he broke contract. everytime he said that he will phone me once he is back at the ofiice but then you never hear from him. Now he has blocked every number that I have been phoning him from as I tried my friends phone and got through to him. he was not happy to hear my voice. Today 16/05/17 I have still had no arrangements made to send a cleaning lady or to pay my money back. An honest business man will not block calls.... Just give me what I paid for. that is all I ask.</p>
