always out of stock/no customer service

I realy tried to buy something from above company , went there 3 times ,I even wrote a request to or on there website they just do not respond maybe they are getting to big now and don,t worry about the small guys anymore , Please remember its the small guys that keep your doors open guys.Maybe a report on Helo peter will show the world what they are made off
