WHERE DO YOU GET MY DETAILS FROM???

Keep getting phone calls from this Gym. I don't stay close to them and asked them where they are getting my number from. They keep saying it is from someone who put my name in a suggestion box. I stay in Cape Town and don't stay close to Alberton. So how did they get my number?
