Alberton Gym and Fitness Centre - The Worst

Do not ever consider joining this gym. When I joined I was promised so much extras plus the ability to freeze my membership as I work out the country 10 months out of the year. Only to discover it was all a lie to get the sale and to be met with the rudest staff saying I can not freeze my account. Lockdown they didn't debit my account for 3 months and my attempts to get in contact with someone to explain was met with the rudest staff member Sonnika Steyn! I paid the outstanding amount and informed them I wanted to cancel my contract and again was the utmost rudeness that I signed a contract which stated I needed to give notice and will be paying for longer than the agreed 3 years. I signed a contract that was presented with false information and a money hungry salesman who just wanted a higher commission. Now 3 years I have struggled to get any justification for their ********** behavior.
