Customer service levels on administration absolutely ****!!

So its a month later Alberton Driving school messed up my daughters driving bookings and allowed her learners to lapse even though ready and approved to do her test by her driver Tshepo. I am still awaiting since 5th July for her learners to be re-booked so she can do her drivers license test paid for on 20th June 2018 but nothing is happening. If I do not email or call Jade does not respond, or continuously lies in her email responses.

Sad as the driver trainers are brilliant and excellent that a service should be judged because the administration section at Alberton driver school cannot get its act together and treat there customers like ****!!
