Alberton driving school DO NOT RECOMMEND

The manager Jade is short and rude to people. I made payment, had to email them to contact me even though they had received my payment and instead of arranging days and times just asked me for a pick up address. I pointed out I needed dates and times. They have mixed up the schedule twice and when I was trying to voice my frustration, the manager Jade started interrupting me and yelling at me. I then told her I can see why people complain and put the phone down. I tried to contact Elton and I then while on the phone with him received a very unprofessional email from Jade, I read it to him and then told him that I wanted my R800 fee back. He asked me if I was reading the email or telling him. I repeated that I read the email and that I wanted a refund. He then AGAIN asked me was I reading or telling him. Once AGAIN i said I was reading then telling him. He then said he could see where jade was coming from! I told him three times that I was reading part of the email and then telling him that I wanted a refund! He was rude and short with me as well. I strongly advise no one to waste their time or money on this driving school. Their instructors are wonderful but its not worth having to deal with the administrative staff, they are that rude
