Administration terrible

Very sad to say that the administration portion of dealing with Alberton driving school is not up to customer service level expectations. Between Linkie and Jade and the terrible excuses and non follow up of matters rising my daughters learners expired even after in email advising on the urgency. It's almost a month to the date of paying and booking about 15 emails mostly by me I am still awaiting my rebooking of my daughters learners to then do her license. Very disappointed as the driving instructors like Tshepo are amazing yet the rest falls apart.

No calls, no follow up emails and **** IT excuses when I have proof if all communication sent. Yet pay upfront you must in full or they don't take you as a client.
