Excellent Service Start to Finish

<p>We had to move from the Southern Cape to the West Coast on November 1. I did my homework and got about 20 quotations. Albertinia gave us the best rate and discussed the quotation in detail. What is included and what not. – I struggled to understand most other quotations and found this very helpful.</p> <p>The day before the “big job” we got a phone call informing us that the truck will be there between 1 and 2 in the afternoon. The next morning I got a call from Gerdus Wessels who confirmed that they are coming between 1 and 2. I was pleasantly surprised when they sticked to their arranged time. </p> <p>I was even more surprised at the service we got. EVERYTHING that could damage was wrapped in either plastic sheets or blankets. Professional from start to finish. Nothing too big a problem for them to handle.</p> <p>When we arrived in the West Coast the next morning the unpacking started. These guys who had been on the road the whole night was smiling, friendly and very helpful. To our biggest surprise NOTHING was damaged. – We moved a year before and had sooo many broken items that we just gave up on trying to get it resolved.</p> <p>I can recommend Albertinia Meubel Vervoer and their team. To Gerdus Wessels and his guys a huge thank you. You guys have turned a horrible unpleasant thing (Moving) into something we enjoyed and had so little to worry about. The admin staff also deserves a huge thank you. Not understanding a quotation makes anyone scared, especially if you do not know what is included and what is going to be charged as “hidden extras”.</p>
