False Advertising - Filthy and unprofessional establishment

After seeing a beautiful set of pics on facebook and having to book space for a friend for the weekend, what a shocking, filthy place. To start, the booking was made in June, paid and confirmed. I confirmed the reservation again and was told it was all in order. My friend arrived with the "reception" not aware of her arrival. No room was ready so one was made up. The room was dusty and not clean. There was no soap or towels in the bathroom, which was not the cleanest. The so called manager arrived later to advise that he had had to go and get stock of soaps etc and would arrange for the towels and soap to be placed into the room. The towel that was given was filthly and stained. Geese were eating out of the bins that were lying on the side and ******* lying all around. The pool was grass green total difference to the facebook post by the place only a few days earlier. The jacuzzi was almost empty and dirty. No one on site to really take responsibility. Very disgusted and dissapointed that people can falsely advertise their establishments. Not even worth R50 to stay there! In my view a **** of a place.. Now to try get a refund as there was no way my friend was able to stay there the second evening.
